4. The Empress Contemplation

Practice: Meditate on The Empress card. She sits pregnant, abundant, receptive. She is the door through which life enters. You are her. What are you birthing? What are you nurturing? What wants to come through you?

5. The Sacred Receiving

Practice: Practice receiving—compliments, help, love, gifts. Notice your resistance. Binah is pure receptivity. Your spiritual practice is learning to receive without guilt, to let yourself be filled so you can pour out.

Cancer and the Lightning Flash

The Lightning Flash is the path of divine energy descending the Tree from Kether to Malkuth. As Binah, you are the third flash—the point where divine unity becomes duality, where the point becomes the circle, where the seed finds the womb.
