The New Moon in Capricorn isn't about grinding toward goals. It's about planting seeds of joyful discipline—building structures that support your pleasure, not sacrifice it.

Why Capricorn New Moon Is About Joyful Structure

Capricorn is the sign of discipline, mastery, and achievement. When the new moon lands in Capricorn (typically late December), we're invited to build structures that feel good, not punishing.

The Light Path Ritual

What you'll need:

• A dark green candle (Capricorn earth color)
• Your Capricorn journal
• Optional: New Moon tapestry
• Optional: Capricorn pillow
• 30 minutes of grounded time

Step 1: Create Your Foundation (5 min)

Light your candle. Capricorn is the mountain—feel yourself as solid, grounded, capable.

Sit with spine straight. Feel your connection to earth. Say: "I build with joy. I discipline with pleasure. I am grounded in delight."

Step 2: The Structure Question (10 min)

Write: "What structure would support my joy?"

Not what you "should" build. What would feel GOOD:

Prompts:

• What daily practice would bring me joy?
• What system would make my life easier?
• What discipline would feel like self-love?
• What structure would support my pleasure?

Step 3: The Joyful Commitment (5 min)

Choose ONE structure to build with joy this lunar cycle:

Examples:

• "I commit to a morning routine that feels luxurious"
• "I commit to financial systems that feel empowering"
• "I commit to work discipline that includes rest"
• "I commit to building my business with sustainable energy"

Step 4: The Capricorn Activation (5 min)

Stand. Feel your feet on the ground. You are the mountain—solid, enduring, reaching toward the sky.

Say: "I am disciplined. I am grounded. I build with joy. My structures support my pleasure. I am the mountain."

Blow out the candle. The ritual is complete.
