Urban Beauty: Find beauty in the city. Light reflecting off buildings. Street art. People's faces. Cities are beautiful in their own way. Appreciate this beauty.
Energy Transmutation: When you feel overwhelmed by city energy, breathe it in, transform it in your heart, breathe out peace. You're not just protecting yourself from the cityβyou're healing the city with your presence.

Grounding: After intense city time, ground yourself. Touch earth if possible. Wash your hands. Release any energy you picked up that isn't yours.
