1. Overall Assessment (5 min): How was this month for internal locus? Rate 1-10. Not judging. Just noticing. Write it down. This is Light Path - honest assessment.
2. External Locus Patterns (7 min): Where did you go into external locus this month? What triggered it? Notice patterns. "I go into external locus when [situation/person/feeling]." Write patterns. This is Light Path - pattern recognition.

3. Key Learning (6 min): What did you learn about yourself this month? About your patterns? About internal locus? Write key insights. This is Light Path - wisdom extraction.
Part 4: Next Month Planning (15 minutes)
