Don't overthink this. Even tap water works beautifully. The intention matters more than the water's source.

Step 2: Create Your Sigil

Critical requirement: Use water-soluble materials.

What works:

• Pencil (graphite dissolves slowly but eventually)
• Water-soluble ink pens
• Washable markers
• Watercolor paints
• Food coloring on paper

What doesn't work:

• Permanent markers
• Ballpoint pens (oil-based ink)
