Inner Child Healing Tarot Spread

Inner Child Healing Tarot Spread

BY NICOLE LAU

Your inner child is the part of you that holds all your childhood experiences—the joy, wonder, and playfulness, but also the wounds, unmet needs, and pain. Many adult struggles—relationship patterns, self-worth issues, emotional reactivity—stem from unhealed inner child wounds. The Inner Child Healing Tarot Spread is designed to help you connect with your inner child, understand their wounds and needs, and practice the reparenting work that creates deep healing and integration.

This guide teaches you to use tarot for inner child work, heal childhood wounds, and reclaim the joy and wholeness that is your birthright.
