Joy Holds Uncertainty: You can be uncertain AND excited. Joy holds uncertainty. You don't deny not knowing is uncomfortable. You hold it in larger container of possibility. Light as container - your capacity for joy about discovery isn't destroyed by discomfort of not knowing.

Embodied Worth Beyond Purpose: You feel worth in your body regardless of purpose clarity. Worth isn't earned through purpose. You embody inherent value. This is Light Path - expansion of worth beyond achievement.

Purpose as Unfolding: Purpose unfolds. It's not found once. It evolves. This is Light Path - attraction to becoming, not only seeking fixed answer.

Building Internal Locus in Purpose Rediscovery

1. Separate Worth from Purpose: Practice: "My worth isn't my purpose. I'm valuable whether I know my purpose or not. Not knowing doesn't make me worthless."

2. Embrace Not Knowing: Not knowing is okay. It's part of discovery. It's opening. This is Light Path - celebration of uncertainty as possibility.

3. Explore Joyfully: What brings you joy? What matters to you? What calls you? Explore. This is Light Path - attraction to discovery.

4. Let Go of Old Purpose: If old purpose doesn't fit, let it go. Thank it. Move forward. You're evolving.

5. Live Your Actual Life: Don't wait for purpose clarity. Live now. Engage. Contribute. Explore. This is your life.

6. Hold Uncertainty in Joy: Not knowing is uncomfortable. AND this is exciting. Joy holds uncertainty. Both are real. Light as container.

7. Embody Worth: Feel your worth in your body. You're valuable. Purpose doesn't determine this. Embody inherent worth. This is Light Path embodiment.

Common Purpose Rediscovery Challenges

Identity Loss: Internal locus response: "My identity was my purpose. I'm discovering who I am beyond that. This is becoming. Light Path - I'm attracted to discovering my fullness."

Pressure to Know: Internal locus response: "I feel pressure to know my purpose. I don't need to know right now. I'm exploring. I'm living. My worth isn't my clarity."

Multiple Interests: Internal locus response: "I have many interests. I don't have one purpose. This is okay. I'm multifaceted. Light Path - I celebrate my complexity."

Purpose Changed: Internal locus response: "My purpose changed. What mattered before doesn't now. I'm evolving. This is growth. Light Path - I'm attracted to new calling."

Fear of Wrong Choice: Internal locus response: "I'm scared of choosing wrong purpose. There's no one right answer. I'm exploring. I'm discovering. Light Path - I'm attracted to unfolding."

What Now?

Explore What Brings Joy: What lights you up? What brings you alive? Follow that. This is Light Path.

Notice What Matters: What do you care about? What moves you? Pay attention. This is guidance.

Experiment: Try things. Explore. You don't need to commit forever. Experiment. Discover.

Contribute: How can you contribute? Help? Serve? Contribution creates meaning. This is purpose.

Trust Unfolding: Purpose unfolds. It's not found once. Trust the process. This is Light Path - attraction to becoming.

What Now?
