How to Use These Prompts

Setup

Prompt: What does comfort mean to me? How do I create it in my life? Is my home comfortable and beautiful? Do I allow myself comfort, or do I believe I must struggle?

Prompt: Am I generous with my resources (time, money, energy, love)? Do I give freely, or do I hoard? What blocks my generosity? What would happen if I gave more?

Prompt: How wise am I with money and resources? Do I manage them well, or do I struggle? What financial wisdom do I need to develop? Who can teach me?

Prompt: How do I treat my body? Do I honor it as sacred, or do I neglect or abuse it? What does my body need from me? How can I care for it better?

11. The Abundance Vision

Prompt: What does my ideal abundant life look like (be specific—home, finances, relationships, health, work)? Can I envision it clearly? Do I believe it's possible for me?

Reflection focus: You can't create what you can't imagine. What's your abundance vision?

12. The Worthiness Question

Prompt: Do I believe I'm worthy of abundance, comfort, and care? Where did I learn I wasn't worthy? What would change if I knew I deserved prosperity?

Reflection focus: Worthiness is the foundation of abundance. Do you believe you deserve it?

13. The Practical Wisdom

Prompt: What practical wisdom have I gained about life, resources, and nurturing? What do I know now that I wish I'd known earlier? How can I share this wisdom?

Prompt: Do I ever smother others with care? Do I enable dependence instead of fostering growth? Do I use care as control? Where do I need to let go?
