• Identify your South Node comfort zone — Where do you default when stressed?
• Recognize the cost — What are you sacrificing by staying in the South Node?

• Join your generational cohort — You're not alone in this evolutionary task
• Trust the discomfort — North Node growth is supposed to feel awkward

This is your evolutionary initiation—personal and collective.
