Working with Ehwaz's Shadow
When Ehwaz Energy Becomes Imbalanced
Ehwaz's shadow manifests as:
- Codependencyβcan't function without partner
- Betrayalβbreaking trust, disloyalty
- Restlessnessβmovement without direction
- Forcing partnershipβtrying to make incompatible people work together
- Loss of selfβbecoming only "we," forgetting "I"
Balancing Practice: Remember that Ehwaz is partnership of two whole beings, not two halves. Maintain your individuality while cooperating. Balance Ehwaz with Sowilo (self).
When Trust is Broken
If partnership trust is damaged:
- Acknowledge the break honestly
- Decide: can trust be rebuilt? Should it be?
- If yes, both must commit to rebuilding
- If no, honor the partnership's end and move on
- Remember: Ehwaz requires mutual trustβone-sided doesn't work
Troubleshooting Your Ehwaz Practice
"I can't trust my partner"
- Ask: Is this intuition or fear?
- If intuitionβtrust it. Don't force partnership where trust is impossible.
- If fearβwork on it. Use Ehwaz to build trust slowly.
- Remember: Ehwaz requires mutual trust. If it's not there, it's not Ehwaz.
- Sometimes the right action is to end the partnership
"We're not making progress"
- Check: Are you both moving in the same direction?
- Ensure shared goalsβEhwaz requires common purpose
- Improve communicationβpartners must understand each other

"I feel stuck, can't move forward"
- Use the Movement Momentum Practiceβphysical movement creates mental movement
- Check: Are you trying to move alone when you need partnership?
- Or trying to partner when you need to move alone?
- Ehwaz is about moving togetherβfind the right partners
- Work with Ehwaz + Raidho (partnership + journey)
