Grief is love with nowhere to go. When you lose someone or something you love, the love doesn't stopβ€”it just has no recipient. This love becomes grief, becomes longing, becomes the ache of absence. Grief is not a problem to solve or an emotion to overcome. Grief is sacred. Grief is love. The Grief Meditation Principle

Gentle Return: When ready, gently return. Wash your face. Drink water. Ground yourself. You've done sacred work.
