Light Path Singing Meditation: Voice as Light

Singing is embodied expression, vibrational healing, and sacred sound practice. Light Path Singing Meditation reclaims singing as spiritual practice. It's not about singing well, not about hitting the right notes, not about performance. The Singing Meditation Principle
Singing meditation teaches us that your voice is sacred. It's uniquely yours. No one else has your voice. When you sing, you're expressing your unique vibration, your particular frequency. Toning: Start with simple tones. Choose a vowel sound (ah, oh, ee) and sustain it. Feel the vibration in your body. This is voice as vibration, as healing.
Free Singing: Sing without words, without melody. Just let sound come out. High, low, loud, softβwhatever wants to emerge. This is voice liberation.

"I can't sing. My voice is terrible."

Sing alone. Sing in the shower, in the car, in nature. The practice is singing for yourself, not for others. Self-consciousness dissolves when you're truly singing for yourself.
