9. Assess honestly: Which column is fuller? Which principle do you over-identify with? Which do you neglect?
10. Speak aloud: "I am both. I am whole. Masculine and feminine unite within me. I am the sacred marriage."
11. Hold the rose quartz to your heart and visualize your inner masculine and feminine meeting, embracing, uniting
12. Commit to one practice for the next lunar cycle that cultivates your deficient principle:
    • If you need more masculine: Set a bold goal and take daily action toward it
    • If you need more feminine: Practice receiving without reciprocating, allow yourself to be supported
13. Journal weekly about your integration process, noting how balancing both principles affects your creativity, relationships, and sense of wholeness
