Sleep Activation: Programming Your Subconscious

You spend approximately one-third of your life asleep. During those hours, your conscious mind is offline, your defenses are down, and your subconscious is wide open and actively processing.

Step 4: Pre-Sleep Ritual
Before falling asleep:
- Lie in bed with the sigil placed

- Close your eyes and visualize the sigil
