Healing Contracts — Help each other heal specific wounds, often between souls who wounded each other in past lifetimes. Can be the most painful relationships because they surface what most needs healing.

Support Contracts — Provide specific support at specific moments. Often brief and precise: the friend who appears in crisis with exactly the right words.

Mission Contracts — Work together on shared purpose. The creative partnership that produces work neither could create alone.

How to Recognize One

— Immediate recognition: genuine sense of having known this person before.
— Unusual intensity: the relationship carries weight ordinary relationships do not.
— Precise timing: the person arrives exactly when you most need them.
— Catalytic effect: significant growth, change, or healing results.
— Sense of purpose: the relationship feels like it is about something larger.

Completing and Releasing

When a contract has served its purpose: acknowledge the purpose is fulfilled, express gratitude, and release both souls from remaining obligation. The Akashic Records reveal your contracts in full context, what was agreed, why, what has been fulfilled, and what remains.
