How to Use These Prompts
Daily practice: Set aside 15-20 minutes each day to write. Create a sacred space, light a candle, and let The Lovers' wisdom flow through your pen.
30-day commitment: Complete all prompts in order over 30 consecutive days for maximum transformation.
What you'll need: A dedicated journal, The Lovers tarot card for visual reference, and willingness to choose consciously.

Prompt: How do I currently make choices? Do I choose consciously or by default? What's my relationship with decision-making?

Prompt: What choice am I currently avoiding? Why? What am I afraid will happen if I choose?
Day 3: Your Values
Prompt: What are my core values? What matters most to me? What will I not compromise?
Day 4: Alignment Check
Prompt: Are my current choices aligned with my values? Where am I living in alignment? Where am I not?
Day 5: Integration
Prompt: What opposites exist within me? What parts of myself am I keeping separate? What needs integration?
Day 6: Mind and Heart
Prompt: Do my mind and heart agree on my current path? Am I choosing with my whole being?

Prompt: What has this first week revealed about my relationship with choice and alignment?

Prompt: What was the best choice I ever made? What made it right? What can I learn from it?

How to Deepen Your Practice
Create ritual: Light a candle, place The Lovers card before you, create sacred space before each journaling session.
Track patterns: At the end of 30 days, read through all entries. What themes emerge?
Take action: Journaling without action is just thinking on paper. Let insights inform choices.
Repeat the cycle: After 30 days, start again. Notice how answers evolve.
