The world tells you to "toughen up," "get used to it," or "just deal with it." But your sensitivity isn't weakness—it's a different nervous system operating in a world designed for less sensitive people. You don't need to become less sensitive. You need better protection.
This article provides comprehensive shielding techniques for sensitive souls: physical barriers, energetic shields, crystal protection, and emergency protocols for when overstimulation hits. You have the right to filter, protect, and shield yourself from overwhelm.
