Unlike goals which focus on external achievements, intentions focus on how you want to feel, who you want to be, and the energy you want to cultivate. Goals: External, specific outcomes. "I will earn $100k." Future-focused, achievement-oriented.
Intentions: Internal states of being. "I am abundant and prosperous." Present-focused, energy-oriented.
Both are valuable. Intentions create the energy that attracts goals.

Intentions direct your energy and focus. What you focus on expands. They align your subconscious with your desires, activate the Law of Attraction, and create coherence between your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Intentions are like programming your GPS—they guide you toward your destination.

1. Get Clear on What You Want
What do you truly desire? How do you want to feel? Who do you want to become? Be honest with yourself.

"I am" not "I will be." Present tense signals to your subconscious it's already happening.

How will you feel when this manifests? Include that emotion in your intention.

Daily Intentions: How you want to show up today. "I am present and peaceful."
