The Gnosis Awakening Ritual
Part 1: Darkness (10 minutes)
Sit in complete darkness with the unlit candle before you. This is ignorance—not knowing. Contemplate: What don’t I know? Where am I ignorant? What am I not seeing? Feel the longing for light—this longing is sacred.
Part 2: Invocation (5 minutes)
In the darkness, invoke Sophia:
"Sophia, Divine Wisdom, Mother of Gnosis, Awakener of divine sparks, I call upon you. I sit in darkness, longing for light. I am ignorant, seeking to know. I am asleep, ready to awaken. Sophia, ignite the flame of Gnosis within me. Let the light break through. So it is."
Part 3: The Lighting (Sacred Moment)
Hold the unlit candle and say: "This flame represents my divine spark. This light is Gnosis awakening. As I light this candle, I awaken to my true nature. I am divine spark. I am light. I am Gnosis."
Strike the match. Watch the first flame appear. Light the candle. Witness: Light breaks through darkness. This is Gnosis happening.
Part 4: Gazing (15-20 minutes)
Gaze softly at the flame—not staring hard, but soft focus. Let the flame speak to you. Contemplate: "I am this flame—divine spark." "Light is my true nature." "Gnosis is awakening in me." Part 5: Receiving (10-15 minutes)

Part 6: Integration (5-10 minutes)
