1. What types of products do you sell?

We offer two types of products: digital downloads (eBooks, ritual kits, and audio files in PDF, EPUB, and WAV format) and physical products (apparel, yoga mats, accessories, and home decor) that are custom made-to-order.

2. How do I receive my digital products?

Immediately after payment, you'll receive an email with your download link. You can also access your files anytime from your order confirmation page. No shipping, no waiting.

3. Can I get a refund on digital products?

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us and we'll make it right.

4. How long does shipping take for physical products?

Physical products are custom made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus shipping time β€” typically 5–10 business days for the US and 10–20 business days for international orders. Total estimated delivery is 7–25 business days depending on your location.

5. Can I return or exchange physical products?

As all physical items are custom printed on demand, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, and other options available at checkout.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
