When Loneliness Aches: Wholeness in Self

Loneliness is one of the most universal and most painful of all human experiences β the ache of genuine disconnection, the hunger for genuine contact, and the specific quality of genuine absence that comes from being genuinely alone in a way that feels genuinely unwanted.
