Ascended Masters: Who They Are and How to Connect
Share
What Are Ascended Masters?
Ascended Masters are enlightened beings who once walked the Earth as humans, achieved spiritual mastery, and now exist in higher dimensions to guide humanity's evolution. They have transcended the cycle of reincarnation and chosen to remain accessible to help others on the path to enlightenment.
These are not mythological figures or distant deities—they are former humans who achieved what we all aspire to: complete spiritual awakening, unconditional love, and unity with the Divine. Because they've walked the human path, they understand our struggles intimately and offer compassionate, practical guidance.
Working with Ascended Masters offers:
- Access to profound spiritual wisdom and teachings
- Guidance from those who've mastered the human experience
- High-frequency energy transmissions and activations
- Support for your spiritual awakening and ascension
- Connection to ancient mystery school teachings

- Dreams or visions
You can work with multiple masters for different purposes or at different times.
Step 2: Study Their Teachings

- Learn their associated ray, color, and symbols
- Understand their specific area of mastery
- Read channeled messages (with discernment)
Step 3: Create Sacred Space
- Dedicate altar space to your chosen master
- Include their image or statue
- Use their ray color (candles, cloth, crystals)
- Add symbols associated with them
- Keep space clean and respectful
Step 4: Invocation and Prayer
Simple invocation:
"Beloved [Master name], I call upon your presence and guidance. I am open to receive your wisdom, healing, and light. Please work with me for my highest good and the highest good of all. Thank you for your love and support. And so it is."
Specific request:
"Beloved Saint Germain, I invoke the Violet Flame to transmute all negativity within and around me. Please help me release [specific issue] and transform it into light. Thank you."
Step 5: Meditation and Visualization
Basic connection meditation:
- Sit comfortably, ground and protect
- Invoke your chosen master
- Visualize them appearing before you in light
- Notice their energy, color, and presence
- Ask a question or request guidance
- Listen, feel, or receive impressions
- Thank them and gently close
- Journal your experience
Step 6: Work with Their Ray
Ray meditation example (Violet Flame):
- Invoke Saint Germain
- Visualize violet flame rising from Earth
- See it engulfing your entire being
- Feel it transmuting all negativity
- Chant: "I AM a being of violet fire, I AM the purity God desires"
- Continue for 10-20 minutes
- Thank Saint Germain

Discernment and Safety
True Ascended Master Contact
Genuine masters will:
- Radiate unconditional love and compassion
- Empower you, never diminish you
- Respect your free will absolutely
- Offer wisdom without demanding obedience
- Feel peaceful, loving, and uplifting
- Never use fear or manipulation
Red Flags
Be cautious if a "master":
- Demands worship or exclusive devotion
- Uses fear, guilt, or shame
- Claims you're "the chosen one" or special
- Asks you to do harmful things
- Creates dependency or isolation
- Contradicts core teachings of love and compassion
The Path of Mastery
Ascended Masters don't want followers—they want fellow masters. They achieved enlightenment to show us it's possible, to light the path, to prove that humans can transcend limitation and embody divinity.
When you work with them, you're not worshiping distant gods—you're learning from elder siblings who've walked the path before you.
They whisper: "What I have done, you can do. What I have become, you can become. I am not above you—I am ahead of you on the same path. Follow me, and I will show you the way home."
You are not meant to worship masters. You are meant to become one.
Connect with Ascended Masters through our Divine Mastery collection: ray-specific candles and crystals, master statues and images, meditation tools, sacred texts, and sacred geometry pieces designed to support your work with enlightened teachers.
Ascended masters are beings who have completed the cycle of physical incarnation and now exist as pure consciousness dedicated to the spiritual evolution of humanity — figures like Buddha, Kuan Yin, Mary Magdalene, and Saint Germain are not merely historical or religious figures but active non-physical intelligences that respond to sincere invocation, and the consistency of their energetic signatures across practitioners from completely different traditions is one of the most compelling pieces of evidence for their objective existence. Spirit Guides Complete Guide: Who Are They Really gives you the complete taxonomy of non-physical helpers including where ascended masters fit in the hierarchy, and the Spirit Guides: Higher Wisdom Audio attunes your consciousness to the high-frequency range where ascended master communication occurs — the clearest, most elevated form of non-physical guidance available. The Void Whisper Audio is a tool I personally use to drift into that receptive state where their guidance becomes unmistakable, while the Sacred Space Cleanse helps prepare the energetic environment for such profound connection. For those drawn to the violet flame of Saint Germain, the Emotional Filter Ritual Kit offers a beautiful way to transmute heavier energies, and the Cosmic Alignment Ritual Kit supports the synchronization with the celestial flow these masters so effortlessly embody. The 13 New Moon Rituals have been a steady companion in my own practice for anchoring their teachings into the lunar rhythm.
