Collection: Wheel of the Year

The Earth Has a Rhythm. Your Practice Can Follow It.

The Wheel of the Year is an ancient calendar of eight sacred festivals — four solar turning points and four cross-quarter days — that mark the cyclical journey of life, death, and rebirth. Rooted in Celtic, Norse, and pre-Christian European traditions, it offers a framework for living in conscious alignment with the natural world.

The wheel always turns. Every ending is a beginning dressed in different light.

☉️ What Is the Wheel of the Year?

The Wheel of the Year divides the solar cycle into eight sacred festivals called sabbats — each carrying its own energy, themes, and ritual focus. Together they form a complete map of the natural world's journey through light and dark, growth and rest, abundance and release:

  • 🎃 Samhain (Oct 31) — the thinning of the veil, ancestor honoring, death and transformation
  • ❄️ Yule (Dec 21) — the winter solstice, the return of light, stillness and rebirth
  • 🕯️ Imbolc (Feb 1) — the first stirring of spring, purification, new beginnings
  • 🐰 Ostara (Mar 21) — the spring equinox, balance, fertility, and fresh starts
  • 🔥 Beltane (May 1) — the peak of spring, passion, creativity, and life force
  • ☀️ Litha (Jun 21) — the summer solstice, the height of power, celebration and gratitude
  • 🌾 Lughnasadh (Aug 1) — the first harvest, abundance, skill, and sacrifice
  • 🍂 Mabon (Sep 21) — the autumn equinox, balance, gratitude, and preparation for the dark
