A Few Things Before You Settle In
Is the chamber free?
Yes. All eight forms, the timer, breathing cue, expanded view and diagram downloads are free. Related audio and guides are optional products with their own prices. Nothing unlocks only after a purchase.
What does resonance mean here? Does each shape have a frequency?
Resonance describes the experience of attending to a form and noticing what it brings to mind. These diagrams do not emit a claimed healing frequency, diagnose your energy or measure a personal vibration. The optional breathing cue is a visual rhythm, not an audio frequency. Product audio specifications belong to those individual recordings.
Does the chamber play music?
No. It is silent, with no autoplay or hidden soundtrack. You can practise in silence or play your own audio separately. If you choose a related recording, check its product page for format and playback instructions.
Which form should I choose?
Choose one that interests you. Each form includes a short explanation, a way to look and a reflection question. The choice is yours; the tool does not scan you or assign a shape according to a diagnosis. A simple curve can be enough company for three minutes.
Are these forms from the same spiritual tradition?
No. The Platonic solids belong to mathematical and philosophical history; their elemental associations here are identified with Plato’s Timaeus. The Sri Yantra belongs to living Sri Vidya traditions of Hindu Tantra. Metatron’s Cube and the Flower of Life are presented in their contemporary sacred-geometry setting. Their different histories are kept visible rather than blended into one supposedly ancient system.
How is the Sri Yantra drawn?
The central geometry was computed for this tool from the concurrency conditions discussed in Alessandro Chiodo’s 2021 paper, On the construction of the Sri Yantra. It has four upward and five downward triangles, with the 43 triangular chambers highlighted when structure details are on. Eight- and sixteen-petal lotus rings, three surrounding circles and a triple four-gated enclosure complete the diagram. Many valid proportions and lineage conventions exist; this visual study is not a claim to the only correct design or a substitute for lineage instruction.
Why does the dodecahedron say cosmos rather than a fifth element?
In the Timaeus, four solids are assigned to fire, earth, air and water. The remaining fifth form is connected with the arrangement of the universe. Spirit or aether is a later esoteric correspondence and is not presented as Plato’s fifth material element.
How do the timer and animations work?
Choose 3, 5 or 10 minutes, then press Begin. Pause stops the timer and rotation. Switching to another tab or app pauses the session; press Resume when you return. Changing the form, focus, duration or breathing cue resets it. Flat diagrams stay upright. The five solids rotate only if you select rotation and start a session. Reduced-motion settings keep the artwork still.
Do I need to follow the breathing cue or stare without blinking?
No. Natural breathing is the default. The optional cue suggests four seconds in and six seconds out, with no holds. Use your own comfortable pace, blink normally and look away whenever you wish. If the cue feels awkward, turn it off; the practice still works as a simple visual pause.
What does Expanded View do?
It opens a larger, uncluttered view within the page. The timer, guidance and pause controls remain available. Close Expanded View or press Escape to return. It does not need your browser’s full-screen permission.
Can I save the diagrams?
Save Diagram SVG downloads scalable artwork. Save PNG creates a 2048 × 2048 still image. The file captures the current form, view angle and structure setting, without timer controls or the breathing halo. You can keep it as a personal practice reference.
Are my choices saved? Is someone guiding me live?
This tool does not save your selections or sessions in cookies or browser storage. Recommendations use broad searches for your chosen form and practice focus. It is automatic and self-guided, with no live reader, teacher or private consultation. Ordinary site analytics follow their own settings.
