The Attraction Meditation: Calling in Joy

Stop chasing joy. Start attracting it. This is Attraction Meditationβthe practice of becoming magnetic to joy, love, abundance, all good things. You're not forcing or grasping; you're opening and allowing. Like flower attracting bees, like sun attracting planets, you become natural attractor through your vibration, your openness, your receptivity. This meditation teaches you to shift from pursuit (exhausting) to attraction (effortless). You don't chase light; you become light, and light attracts more light. This is Law of Attraction as meditation practice. Become magnetic. Call in joy.
The Practice (15-20 Minutes)
Preparation (2 minutes): Sit comfortably, spine upright but relaxed, close eyes, take 3 deep breaths, set intention: "I am magnetic to joy. I attract all good things. I am open and receptive."
Step 1: Establish Your Center (3 minutes): Bring awareness to heart center, find joy already there (however small), this is your magnetic core, feel it glowing, warm, alive, this joy is your attractor, rest in this feeling, you're not creating attractionβyou're recognizing you already are attractive (in energetic sense).

Step 4: Call It In (4 minutes): Silently or aloud, call in what you want: "I call in joy. I call in love. I call in abundance. I call in peace. I call in health. I call in creativity. Step 5: Feel It Arriving (3 minutes): Visualize joy, love, abundance flowing to you like rivers to ocean, like light to prism, like bees to flower, feel it entering your energy field, filling your heart, permeating your being, you're receiving what you called in, gratitude for what's arriving.
Closing (2 minutes): Rest in fullness, you've called it in and it's here, you are magnetic, you are attractive, you are receiver of all good things, slowly open eyes, carry this magnetic quality with you, you attract joy naturally now.
