Some days, your glow dims.
Not because something is wrong with you — but because too much that isn't you has clung on.
Maybe it was a room full of emotions. Maybe it was a screen full of noise. Maybe it was energy you didn't even realize you'd absorbed.
You don't need to toughen up. You just need to rinse off.
Aura Rinse is a gentle energetic cleanse — a moment to return to clarity, flow, and your real frequency.
🌬️ What Is Aura Rinse?
Aura Rinse is a complete printable ritual kit designed to help you cleanse, realign, and restore your energetic field. It's not about pushing anything out with force — it's about gently releasing what was never yours to carry.

🧘♀️ How to Use Aura Rinse
Step 1: Set Your Space
Find a quiet moment. Dim the lights if you can. Light a white, silver, or soft blue candle if that feels right.
Step 2: Choose Your Enhancement (Optional)
- Mist yourself with lavender or eucalyptus spray
- Place hands on chest or arms with gentle self-touch
- Use slow breath: inhale for 4, hold for 2, exhale for 6
Step 3: Play the Audio
Let the 7-minute soundscape support your practice. Close your eyes and feel the static dissolve.
Step 4: Move Through the Cards
Follow each ritual card in sequence. Pause as needed. Let your body guide the pace.
Step 5: Journal Your Shift
After the ritual, reflect on prompts like:
- "What did I pick up that wasn't mine?"
- "Where do I feel brightness returning?"
- "What does my true energy feel like today?"

- Invite your energy — the real you — back to the center
You don't need to disappear to feel safe. You just need to rinse.
And glow again — softly, brightly, truly.
