Who Is Bastet?
Bastet (also known as Bast, Ubasti) is the Egyptian goddess of protection, joy, music, dance, fertility, and domestic life. She is the cat goddess, the protector of home and family, the bringer of joy and celebration, and the fierce defender when needed.
