Position 1: Fire Ignited — Passion Awakening. This card reveals what passion or fire is being ignited—what passion is awakening, your creative fire, what's igniting in you, the Beltane flame.
Position 2: Fertility & Creation — What's Blooming. This card shows what's fertile and ready to create—what's blooming or manifesting, creative fertility, what you're birthing, abundant growth.
Position 3: Union & Balance — Sacred Marriage. This card reveals what energies are uniting or balancing—what's coming into union, balance being achieved, sacred marriage (internal or external), integration of opposites.
Position 4: Joy & Pleasure — Celebration. This card shows what brings you joy and pleasure—what to celebrate, sources of pleasure, joy available to you, what makes you feel alive.

Beltane Ritual Practice
Timing: May 1st (or April 30th eve), extended window April 30 - May 2, or when the Sun is at 15° Taurus. Sacred Space: Fresh flowers (many!), red and white candles, ribbons, honey, May wine. Colors: red (passion), green (fertility), white (purity), pink (love). Crystals: rose quartz (love), carnelian (passion), emerald (fertility), citrine (abundance). The Reading Process: Begin with joy—dance, sing, or move your body. Light red candles invoking Beltane passion. Shuffle asking "What is blooming in me this Beltane?" Draw six cards. Based on Position 4, do something joyful. Based on Position 2, begin a creative project.
Beltane Fire Ritual
Bonfire Blessing: Build a fire (or light many candles safely). Jump over the fire (or step over candles) for purification and blessing. Dance around the fire. Speak what you're manifesting into the flames. Ribbon Ritual: Braid ribbons while speaking intentions. Each ribbon color represents something you're weaving into your life. Hang the braided ribbons on your altar.
