Can I Listen to Multiple Audios? (Layering Guide)
Yes—but there's a right way and a wrong way.
The Short Answer
Beginners: Stick to ONE audio for 30 days
Intermediate: Layer 2 audios (morning + evening)
Advanced: Layer up to 3 audios with intention
Why Layering Works
Different audios address different aspects:
- Morning audio: Activation or manifestation
- Evening audio: Healing or integration
- As-needed audio: Clearing or soothing
This creates multi-dimensional support.
Safe Layering Combinations
Manifestation + Healing
Morning: Wealth Magnet
Evening: Financial Self-Worth Healing
Love + Self-Love
Morning: Call in True Love
Evening: Inner Sunlight
Clearing + Grounding
Morning: Auric Reset
Evening: Comfort Field
Layering Rules
- Maximum 2-3 audios per day
- Space them out (morning/evening)
- Keep one consistent for 30+ days
- Don't layer conflicting intentions
- Listen to your nervous system
Signs You're Layering Too Much
- Feeling overwhelmed or scattered
- Can't keep up with practice
- Results feel chaotic
