Crystal Practices for Capricorn
Morning Discipline Activation
Hold black onyx in your dominant hand. Speak: "I am disciplined. I am strong. I build my legacy one step at a time." Feel your resolve strengthening.
Rest Permission
When you struggle to rest (as Capricorns do), hold smoky quartz and garnet. Let smoky quartz release stress while garnet reminds you that rest fuels achievement.

On each new moon, bury black onyx in earth with seeds. As they grow, so does your goal. Very Capricorn—tangible, patient, strategic.
