2. Name the Burden
Write down what you've been carrying that is not yours to bear:

Bury your burden list under the stone or burn it safely, saying:
"I release the weight of endless striving. My worth is not measured by my achievements. I honor the mountain I've climbed and give myself permission to rest. I am enough, exactly as I am, right now."

5. Gratitude Offering
Hold your crystal to your knees (the body part ruled by Capricorn). Speak three things you're grateful for about your journey – the discipline you've cultivated, the resilience you've earned, the wisdom of your experience. Then speak one way you will rest this week.
