Community Connection Meditation: Group Radiance
Share
BY NICOLE LAU
Community is your chosen tribe, the web of connections you create with people who share your values and vision. Community Connection Meditation is the Light Path practice of group radiance—connecting with joy, contributing your light, and celebrating collective brilliance.
The Community Principle
Community teaches us that we are stronger together. Like the Flower of Life—many circles creating one beautiful pattern—each person is whole, yet together we create sacred geometry.
The Practice (12-15 minutes)
Phase 1: Individual Radiance (3-4 minutes)
Connect to your own light. You are complete, whole, radiant. This is what you bring to community.
Phase 2: Community Visualization (4-5 minutes)
See each community member as their own sphere of light, creating a pattern together—like the Flower of Life. Your light matters.
Phase 3: Gratitude and Contribution (3-4 minutes)
Feel gratitude for your community. Offer your contribution. What light do you bring? Shine fully.
Phase 4: Collective Celebration (2-3 minutes)
Celebrate the collective. Say: "I celebrate my community. Together, we shine brighter."
Practical Tools
The Flower of Life tapestry, meditation pillow, and journal embody community's sacred geometry.
Conclusion
Community is co-creation, becoming together, celebration. You are part of the pattern. Your light matters. Shine together. This is the Light Path. For those drawn to the geometry of connection and the radiance of collective light, the Sacred Space Cleanse clears the energetic field for pure belonging, while the 13 New Moon Rituals honor the cycles we share.
