Breath and intention cleansing is not the most powerful method available — it is most effective for light maintenance cleansing rather than deep cleansing of heavily saturated crystals. - Hold the crystal: Hold it in both hands at chest height, close to the heart.
- Center and focus: Take three slow breaths to center yourself. Bring your full awareness to the crystal in your hands.
- Set the intention clearly: Form a clear, specific intention: "I cleanse this crystal of all accumulated energy that is not its own. I restore it to its natural clarity and power."
- Breathe onto the crystal: Take a deep breath in, and exhale slowly and deliberately onto the crystal — a long, steady breath directed at the crystal's surface. As you exhale, visualize the accumulated charge being carried away by your breath.
