Grounding meditation: Sit before your Earth altar with your feet flat on the floor. Hold a piece of black tourmaline or smoky quartz in each hand. Breathe deeply and imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet down through the floor, through the foundation of the building, through the soil, through the bedrock, all the way to the earth's core.
