What you'll need:

Step 1: Create Your Expansive Space (5 min)

Contraction: "I've been afraid to quit my job and travel."
Celebration: "I celebrate my desire for adventure. I celebrate my readiness to explore. I celebrate the possibility of freedom."
Feel the shift from fear to excitement. That's Sagittarius energy.
Step 4: The Adventurous Commitment (5 min)
Choose ONE area to expand in over the next two weeks. Write:
"I commit to expanding in [area] by [specific action]. I do this with joy, adventure, and trust in possibility."
Examples:
- "I commit to expanding my travel dreams by researching one destination this week."
- "I commit to expanding my voice by sharing one bold truth publicly."
- "I commit to expanding my learning by enrolling in that course I've been eyeing."
- "I commit to expanding my freedom by saying no to one obligation."
Step 5: The Sagittarius Activation (5 min)
Stand up. Arms wide. Take up space. Sagittarius is about bigness.
Say out loud with enthusiasm:
"I am expansive. I am free. I celebrate adventure. I celebrate possibility. I trust the journey. I don't need to know the destination. I am already whole, and I am expanding into more."
Feel the energy of expansion in your body. Jump, dance, move big.
Blow out the candle. The ritual is complete.
After the Ritual: Integration
Within 24 hours: Take one expansive action. Do something that feels bigger than usual.
Within 7 days: Notice where expansion is happening naturally. Celebrate it.
By New Moon (2 weeks): Reflect on how expansion feels. Adjust if needed.
Next Full Moon: Celebrate how much you've expanded.
