What you'll need:
- A black candle (death/release) and white candle (rebirth)

- Something to burn safely

For each death, write a celebration. Example: "I celebrate letting go of perfection. I celebrate the freedom of being human."
Step 4: The Sacred Burning (5 min)
Burn the pages. Say: "I release what is dying with gratitude. I celebrate its death as the beginning of my rebirth."
Step 5: The Rebirth Vision (10 min)
Light the white candle. Write: "Who am I becoming?" Let the new you speak.
Step 6: Power Activation (5 min)
Stand. Hands on lower belly. Say: "I am powerful. I am transformed. I celebrate death as liberation. I am reborn."
