Healing Sigil Meditation Script

This guided meditation activates your healing sigil through deep relaxation and energetic restoration. Use daily to support physical healing, emotional release, or spiritual recovery.
Preparation (2 minutes)
Sit or lie comfortably with your healing sigil placed on or near the area needing healing. Close your eyes. Take three deep breaths, releasing tension with each exhale.
The Meditation (20 minutes)
Grounding (3 minutes):
"Feel your body supported by the earth. Notice where you're holding tension. Breathe into those places. With each exhale, tension melts away. You are safe. You are ready to heal."
Body Scan (4 minutes):
"Bring gentle awareness to your body. Start at your feet, moving slowly upward. Notice any pain, discomfort, or heaviness. Don't judge itβjust observe. You're gathering information about where healing is needed."
Sigil Activation (5 minutes):
"Now visualize your healing sigil glowing with soft green and golden light. See it pulsing with healing energy. Watch this light begin to flow from the sigil into your body. It knows exactly where to go. It finds every wound, every pain point, every place that needs healing."
Deep Healing (5 minutes):
"The healing light fills your entire body now. It flows through your bloodstream, your organs, your bones, your cells. Wherever there is pain, the light dissolves it. Wherever there is damage, the light repairs it. Your body remembers how to be whole. Your body is healing right now."
Emotional Release (3 minutes):
"If emotions ariseβsadness, anger, griefβlet them flow. Tears are healing. The light transmutes all pain into peace. You are releasing what no longer serves. You are making space for wellness."
Closing (2 minutes)
"Take a deep breath. Feel the healing that has occurred. Place hands on your heart. Speak silently or aloud: 'I am healing. I am whole. I am well.' When ready, open your eyes. Drink water. Rest."
Quick 5-Minute Version
- Hold sigil to area needing healing (30 seconds)
- Visualize green-gold light (1 minute)
- See light flowing into body, healing (2 minutes)
- Speak: "I am healing" (30 seconds)
- Open eyes, continue day (1 minute)

Daily: Morning or evening healing practice

Journaling After Meditation
Record in your Healing Sigil Journal:
- What did you notice during meditation?
- Where did healing energy flow?
- What emotions arose?
- How do you feel now?
