BY NICOLE LAU
Your home holds energy. Arguments. Stress. Old stories. Residual presence from everyone who's entered.
Most people clean the physical. Few clear the energetic.
Here's how to cleanse your space completely.
What You Need
Essential:
- Quiet time (20-30 minutes)
- Intention to clear and reclaim
Optional enhancements:
- White or black candle
- Sage, palo santo, or incense
- Bell or singing bowl
- Sacred Space Cleanse Kit (4 cards + 5-min audio + PDF guide)
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Physical Preparation (5 minutes)
Clear clutter. Open windows. Let fresh air in.
Physical mess holds energetic stagnation. Clean first.
Step 2: Set Intention (2 minutes)
Stand in center of space. State your intention aloud:
"I clear all energy that does not serve this space. I reclaim this sanctuary."
Step 3: Smoke & Sweep (5 minutes)
Light candle or incense. Move clockwise through space.
Start at entrance. Move to each corner. Pay attention to:
- Corners where energy stagnates
- Doorways where energy enters
- Windows where energy flows
- Closets and hidden spaces
Visualize smoke dissolving energetic buildup.
Step 4: Thread Cut (3 minutes)
Identify emotional cords in the space.
Where did arguments happen? Where do you feel heaviness?
Visualize cutting invisible threads. Release residual presence.
Say: "All cords are cut. All presence released."
Step 5: Protective Flame (3 minutes)
Return to center. Hold candle or visualize flame.
Imagine golden protective light filling every corner.
Seal the space. Set boundary: "Only aligned energy enters here."
Step 6: Sacred Tone (5 minutes)
Ring bell, play singing bowl, or use Sacred Space Cleanse audio.
Let sound re-tune the frequency of your space.
Move through each room. Let vibration reset energy.
Step 7: Ground and Seal (2 minutes)
Close windows. Extinguish candle with gratitude.
Feel the shift. Notice how space feels different.
