- Create inner child healing sigil
- Find childhood photo (or visualize younger you)
- Place sigil on photo
- Close eyes, visualize meeting your child self
- Ask: "What do you need from me?"
- Listen. They will tell you.
- Promise to give them what they need
- Hug them. Tell them they're safe now.

Abandonment: "I will never leave you"

Daily Inner Child Practice
Morning check-in:
- Touch inner child sigil
- Ask: "Little me, how are you today?"
- Listen to what arises
- Respond with love and care
When triggered:
- Recognize: This is my inner child reacting
- Hold sigil, breathe
- Speak to them: "You're safe. I've got you."
- Give them what they need (comfort, validation, protection)

- Buy yourself the toy you always wanted
