The Meditation (15 minutes)
Grounding (2 minutes):
"Feel your body supported. Breathe naturally. With each exhale, release tension. With each inhale, draw in peace. You are safe. You are ready to open your heart."
Heart Activation (3 minutes):
"Bring awareness to your heart center. See a small pink light glowing there. With each breath, this light grows brighter, warmer. Your heart is waking up. Your heart is opening."
Sigil Activation (5 minutes):
"Now visualize your love sigil floating before you, glowing with soft rose-gold light. Watch it pulse with loving energy. See this light flowing from the sigil into your heart. Your heart absorbs this love. You are filling with love—for yourself, for others, for life itself."
Love Expansion (3 minutes):
"Feel love expanding from your heart in all directions. It fills your entire body. It extends beyond your body, creating a field of loving energy around you. You are magnetic to love. Love flows to you easily. You are worthy of deep, beautiful love."
Sealing (2 minutes):
"Speak silently or aloud: 'I am love. I attract love. I am worthy of love.' Feel the truth of these words. Your love sigil is activated. Your heart is open."
