The Light Path Ritual
What you'll need:
- A gold or orange candle (Leo sun colors)

- Something that makes you feel radiant (jewelry, clothing, music)

- 30 minutes of playful, expressive time
Step 1: Create Your Stage (5 min)
Light your candle. Leo is ruled by the Sun—feel the warmth, the light, the radiance.
Put on something that makes you feel beautiful. Play music that makes you want to move. Leo is about celebration.
Stand up. Take up space. Leo teaches: you are allowed to be seen.
Step 2: The Expression Question (10 min)
Sit down. Write: "What do I want to express that I've been hiding?"
Not what you think people want to see. What YOU want to express:

- The part of me I've been dimming is...
- What I'm afraid to show is...
- If I trusted my radiance, I would...
- The joy I want to express is...
Write until you hit something that makes you feel both excited and scared. That's your authentic expression.
Step 3: The Radiance Commitment (5 min)
Choose ONE way to express yourself this lunar cycle. Write:
"I commit to expressing [what] through [how]. I do this for my own joy, not for approval. My radiance is enough."
Examples:
- "I commit to expressing my creativity through painting one piece per week"
- "I commit to expressing my voice through posting my writing publicly"
- "I commit to expressing my joy through dancing without caring who's watching"
- "I commit to expressing my style through wearing what I actually love"
Step 4: The Leo Activation (5 min)
Stand up. This is important. Leo is about embodiment.
Place your hand on your heart (Leo rules the heart). Say out loud with full conviction:
"I am radiant. I am creative. I am allowed to shine. I express myself for my own joy. I don't need permission to be seen. I don't need applause to be worthy. My light is enough. I am the sun."
Now MOVE. Dance, jump, shake—let the radiance move through your body. Leo is fire—let it burn.
Step 5: The Immediate Expression (5 min)
Don't wait. Express yourself RIGHT NOW.
Sing out loud. Draw something. Write something. Move your body. Wear that outfit. Post that thing.
This is the practice: expressing without needing it to be perfect or approved.
Blow out the candle. The ritual is complete.
After the Ritual: Integration
Daily: Do one small act of self-expression. Even 5 minutes of creative play counts.
Weekly: Share your expression with at least one person. Leo learns to shine by being seen.
By Full Moon (2 weeks): Notice how expression changes your energy. Celebrate it.
By next New Moon (30 days): Reflect on how your radiance has grown.
