Protection Sigil Saved Me from Toxic Energy

I used to think I was just "sensitive." Turns out, I was unprotected.
For years, I'd leave social gatherings feeling drained, anxious, or inexplicably angry. I'd absorb other people's moods like a sponge. A friend's bad day would become my bad week. A coworker's stress would live in my body for days.
Then I discovered protection sigils. And everything changed.
The Breaking Point
The moment I knew I needed help: I came home from a family dinner and had a full panic attack. Not because anything bad happenedβjust because I'd spent four hours in a room with my anxious mother, my passive-aggressive aunt, and my angry uncle.

How I Created My Protection Sigil

Step 3: Design the symbol
I combined the letters into a shield-like design that felt strong and contained.
Step 4: Charge it
I visualized a golden shield around my body, impermeable to others' energy but transparent to love and light.
Step 5: Integrate it everywhere

The First Test: Family Dinner Round 2
Two weeks after creating my sigil, another family dinner. Same people, same dynamics.
But this time, I:
- Drew the sigil on my wrist before leaving

The result? I left feeling... fine. Not drained. Not anxious. Just... neutral.
