The Seven of Swords in Career: The Workplace Schemer
When the Seven of Swords appears in a career reading, it signals deception, dishonesty, or sneaky behavior in professional matters. This is the card of workplace theft, stealing credit, corporate espionage, or someone acting dishonestly in business. It's the colleague taking credit for your work, the employee stealing from the company, or the competitor using underhanded tactics. In career, the Seven of Swords reveals that someone is being deceptive—and it might be you, a coworker, or your employer.
In professional matters, the Seven of Swords represents the shadow side of ambition: cheating, lying, stealing ideas, or using dishonest tactics to get ahead. But it can also indicate strategic thinking, clever problem-solving, or the wisdom of working independently. The key is understanding the difference between smart strategy and unethical deception.
The Seven of Swords in career asks: Is someone being dishonest at work? Are you? What's being stolen or hidden? What secrets are being kept? And most importantly: can professional success built on deception last?
