Severed Cord Ritual Kit: Complete Cord Cutting Guide
Some ties don't end when the relationship does.
They echo in your dreams. They tighten in your chest. They show up in places they no longer belong.
If you've ever felt haunted by a past connection—drained by someone who's no longer in your life, or stuck in a loop you can't seem to break—you're not imagining it. You're experiencing energetic cording.
And it's time to cut it.
What Is Energetic Cord Cutting?
Energetic cords are invisible threads of attachment that form between people through emotional intimacy, trauma bonding, sexual connection, or prolonged energetic exchange.
These cords can:
- Drain your vitality and leave you feeling depleted
- Keep you emotionally tethered to people who no longer serve your growth
- Create intrusive thoughts, dreams, or sudden emotional waves that aren't yours
- Prevent you from fully moving forward into new relationships or chapters
Cord cutting isn't about hate. It's not about burning bridges in rage.
It's about closing doors in reverence.
You're not trying to forget—you're trying to unbind.
Why Traditional Cord Cutting Often Fails
Most cord cutting rituals focus on the act of severing—burning a photo, cutting a string, saying an affirmation.
But they miss the deeper layers:
- Recognition – You need to identify exactly what cord you're cutting and why it's still active
- Compassion – Cutting with anger only creates new cords of resentment
- Sealing – If you don't seal your energetic field after cutting, the cord can reattach
- Integration – Without aftercare, the emotional residue lingers
That's why we created the Severed Cord Ritual Kit—a complete, compassionate system for energetic liberation.

How to Use the Severed Cord Ritual
This ritual works best when you've already done the emotional work—but still feel a thread clinging inside.
Use this ritual when:
- You've ended a relationship, but still feel haunted, drained, or "plugged in"
- You're ready to leave behind versions of yourself—patterns, roles, old identities
- You keep looping back into past people or pain, no matter how far you've grown
- You want to release someone you loved, but not abandon the love itself
How to Begin:
- Light a candle (white for clarity, black for energetic closure, red for old passion)
- Choose a symbolic item—a string, paper with a name, or even a gesture—to represent the bond
- Perform the ritual slowly. Let your body guide the pace
- Play the audio to support your nervous system during the release
- Afterward, journal freely, cry if needed, and drink water to integrate
This is not a one-time "fix." It's a sacred declaration:
"My energy is mine again."
