The Shared Wall Protection Ritual

Do this for each wall you share with neighbors.

What You Need

  • Black tourmaline or obsidian (one piece per shared wall)
  • Salt
  • Paper and pen
  • Mirror (small, optional)
  • Tape or adhesive

The Ritual

Step 1: Cleanse the Wall (5 min)

  1. Stand facing the shared wall

  1. Stand facing the wall
  2. Close your eyes
  3. Visualize a wall of white or golden light running through the physical wall
  4. See it as a solid, impenetrable barrier
  5. Their energy cannot pass through it
  6. Say: "This wall is a boundary. I am separate. I am protected. So it is."

  1. Notice you're absorbing their energy (you feel their anger, anxiety, etc.)
  2. Take a deep breath
  3. Visualize a clear boundary between you and themβ€”a wall of light
  4. Say internally: "This is not my energy. I release it. I am separate."
  5. Visualize their energy flowing back through the wall to them
  6. Ground yourself (feet on floor, deep breaths)

What you're absorbing: Anger, aggression, conflict energy

Protection:

  • Black tourmaline on the shared wall (absorbs anger)
  • Mirror facing the wall (reflects anger back)

Anxious, Stressed Neighbors

What you're absorbing: Anxiety, worry, nervous energy

Protection:
