By Nicole, Founder of Mystic Ryst
Sodalite is a deep blue stone known as the crystal of logic, truth, and rational thinking. With its rich royal blue color marked by white calcite veins, sodalite bridges the gap between intuition and logic, helping you think clearly, communicate truthfully, and make rational decisions based on both mind and spirit.
This is the stone for writers, speakers, teachers, and anyone who needs to communicate with clarity and truth. Sodalite activates both the third eye (intuition) and throat chakra (communication), creating the perfect balance of insight and expression.
