Throat Chakra Activation Practice
The Authentic Voice Meditation (10 minutes)
Sit upright with your spine straight. Place Lapis Lazuli at your throat. Hold Blue Lace Agate in your left hand.
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your throat. Notice any tightness, constriction, or holding in the throat area — these are the physical manifestations of unexpressed truth. With each exhale, allow that constriction to soften slightly.
Bring to mind something you have been wanting to say but have not yet said — a truth, a need, a feeling, an opinion. Feel it in your chest and your throat. Now, in the safety of this meditation, say it aloud — to yourself, to the room, to the universe. Say it clearly and completely.
Notice how it feels to say it. Notice the release in the throat. State: "My voice is clear. My truth is worthy of expression. I speak what is real with courage and compassion."
