Step 1: Grounding into the Body

Before crafting, take time to fully inhabit your body. Stand with your feet firmly on the ground. Feel the weight of your body, the solidity of your bones, the rhythm of your heartbeat. Step 2: Carving the Rune

The Uruz rune (ᚢ) consists of two diagonal lines meeting at the top to form an inverted U shape, like the horns of the aurochs seen when she/he attacks, head bowed. Carve it with force and intention — Uruz responds to physical commitment.
