The Ritual: Step by Step

Step 1: Cleanse the Space (5 minutes)

Step 2: Lay the Altar (3 minutes)

Step 5: Write Your Intention (5 minutes)

1. Take your parchment paper and pen.
2. Write the date and moon phase at the top.
3. Write your intention in the present tense, as if already achieved. Be specific. Be grateful. Example: "I am grateful and joyful that I now have [specific intention]. This or something better, for my highest good and the highest good of all."
4. Sign your name.
5. Draw any symbols that feel relevant — a heart for love, a dollar sign for abundance, a pentagram for protection.
6. Hold the parchment in both hands and breathe your intention into it three times.

Step 6: Light the Candle and Raise Energy (10 minutes)

1. Hold the candle in both hands. Close your eyes. Visualize your intention as already achieved — see it, feel it, experience the emotion of having it. Make this visualization as vivid and emotionally real as possible.
2. When the visualization feels complete and real, open your eyes and light the candle.

Step 7: Seal the Spell (3 minutes)

Choose one of the following sealing methods:

Option A — Keep the parchment: Fold the parchment toward you three times. Tie with jute twine, tying three knots. Place on the altar beneath the amethyst cluster. Leave until the intention manifests.

Option B — Burn the parchment: Place the parchment in the spell bowl and light it from the candle flame. As it burns, state: "I release this intention to the universe. It is done. So mote it be." Watch the smoke carry your intention upward.

Option C — Bury the parchment: Fold toward you three times. After the ritual, bury it in the earth near your home to ground the intention in physical reality.

Step 8: Close the Circle (3 minutes)
