The Second Pentacle of Saturn — Key of Solomon

This pentacle originates from the legendary grimoire of King Solomon, revered across Western occult traditions as a seal of formidable Saturnine power. The Second Pentacle of Saturn is among the most practically protective of the seven Saturn seals—designed to guard against adversaries, withstand adversity, and suppress any force that rises in pride, defiance, or opposition against the wearer. Notably, this pentacle incorporates the legendary SATOR Square, one of the most ancient and potent protective palindromes in Western magical tradition, amplifying its defensive and stabilizing power.

Magical Application & Ritual Use

Wear this talisman when facing enemies, hostile circumstances, or situations where outside forces threaten your stability and standing. Unlike the First Pentacle's pure dominion, the Second Pentacle operates as a shield—holding the line against those who would undermine, attack, or overpower you. Before wearing, hold the seal and state your intention clearly—whether for protection against a specific adversary, fortification during a period of hardship, or the suppression of arrogant or insubordinate forces in your environment. Many practitioners charge the pentacle during the hour of Saturn (typically Saturday) to align with its full potency. The dual-sided engraving allows personalization: inscribe your name or sigil on the front to claim the seal's power, and a date or affirmation on the back to mark your magical commitment.

Integration into Practice

Incorporate this pentacle into protection rituals, defensive workings, or carry it during periods of conflict, legal battles, or sustained opposition. The presence of the SATOR Square makes it a powerful anchor for any ritual space requiring stability and impermeability to hostile influence. Its durable gold-plated stainless steel construction ensures longevity through repeated energetic work and ritual use.
